- $10 million individual sub-limits for Vacancy, Debris Removal, Civil Authority/Ingress-Egress
- $5 million for EDP Equipment, EDP Media, Extra Expense & Service interruptions
Eligibility
- Exclusions apply to the following industries: Mining, Petrochemical, and Energy (renewable energy is an exception)
- NOT eligible if 100% of exposure is located in CA or FL or if more than 40% of TIV is classified as habitational frame
- No restriction based on size of client as long as it is a single placement structure with premium greater than $100,000
- Starting AOP deductible at $50K but willing to go lower on certain best in class risks
