Our individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement (ICHRA) solution offers you an effective alternative to traditional employee health insurance options. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all group plan, our ICHRA solution can provide tax-free funding for all or specific segments of your employees to purchase health insurance that best meets their healthcare and financial needs on our individual marketplace.

Prior to recent government guidance, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) required employers to sponsor a traditional group health plan or face penalties. In 2020, ICHRAs were introduced as an option to help employers meet their ACA obligations.
