This list identifies WTW affiliates and partners who are eligible to process personal information in connection with WTW’s provision of services to its clients within its Health, Wealth and Career (HWC) segment.
For quick reference, this listing is grouped into three categories as WTW affiliates, WTW partners that are not service line-specific, and WTW partners that are specific to a service line within HWC. Use of the WTW affiliates and partners included on this list are subject to previously agreed upon requirements we have in place with our clients. Further, where multiple affiliates and/or partners are listed for similar processing activity, allocation of resources is determined based on the specific requirements of each engagement and capabilities of our affiliates and partners.
From time to time, we may change our partners and update this list. The effective date set forth at the top indicates the last time this list was revised. We will notify our clients of changes to this list by posting the revised list at this URL.
