NEW YORK, December 18, 2023 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, announces the appointment of Tyson Stevenson as Managing Director of Real Estate Sales Management within its Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business in North America.
Based on an extensive and accomplished career spanning two decades in the insurance industry, Stevenson brings robust experience and deep industry knowledge to WTW for guiding clients through the management and optimization of their risk profile. His role as a partner at McGill displayed a dynamic focus on client development, alongside a dedicated commitment to achieving positive client outcomes. Stevenson has held leadership positions at various organizations including NFP, USI Insurance Services, JLT Specialty USA, and Aon. His expertise covers diverse areas including MGA capacity structuring, transaction liability for M&A, ESOP trustee E&O, D&O/GPL, cyber/E&O, complex property placements, and catastrophe modeling.

In his capacity as Managing Director of Real Estate Sales Management, Stevenson will be responsible for producing new business and will be a key driver in significantly growing the real estate portfolio in 2024 and beyond and serve as a key connector between the industry division and our facultative reinsurance area. Reporting directly to James Martuscelli, who leads the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure industry vertical at WTW, Stevenson will be based in San Francisco. His emphasis will be driving innovative sales strategies, fostering collaborative partnerships, and spearheading industry vertical initiatives to elevate CRB North America's presence as a leader throughout the market while enhancing client satisfaction.
