Frank Scardino and Kenneth Gould join CRB North American team.
NEW YORK, October 5, 2023 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Frank Scardino as North America Strategic Sales Leader and Leader of the Dallas Market, along with Kenneth Gould as Strategic Client Engagement Leader within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America (NA).
Scardino joins WTW from Lockton, where for the previous 18 years he served in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, he served as a Senior Partner and President of Lockton’s Dallas office. Scardino brings deep industry expertise in real estate, hospitality and private equity, particularly in the areas of new business production, strategic planning and driving growth through the management of client service, retention and strategic recruiting. Reporting directly to Michael Chang, Head of CRB North America, WTW, he will also work closely with Churck Shay, the West Region Leader for the Dallas Market responsibilities, in addition to becoming a member of the North American Executive Management Team.

Gould is a 40-year insurance industry veteran, joining WTW from Lockton, where he served as Executive Vice President and producer. His area of expertise focuses on obtaining and retaining large, complex clients, and his insights and experience will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate growth in the F1000 segment.
Scardino and Gould align perfectly within the go-forward growth strategy for CRB North America. Their industry specialized knowledge paired with experience with large, multinational companies will play a key role in our continued profitable expansion.
