NEW YORK, NY, April 17, 2023 — WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Jaideep (Jay) Sharma as Northeast Strategy & Execution Leader, Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America. With over a decade of leadership experience in the US and overseas throughout the insurance industry, Sharma will lead the execution of CRB’s growth strategy and performance in the Northeast Region.
Sharma joins WTW from Aon, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Market Leader for Aon CT, where he delivered significant revenue and margin growth for the region. Prior to Aon, Sharma served as CEO of Marsh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he developed and expanded broking operations to become the market leader for the country.
As WTW CRB’s Northeast Strategy & Execution Leader, Sharma’s leadership will be focused on defining and executing strategy, setting service expectations, measuring results, and working with the industry division teams to deliver cutting-edge innovation, distinct risk management, and superior client service. With a strong ability to coordinate across multiple divisions, locations, and colleagues, Sharma will continue to drive the successful execution of the company's strategy and elevate its reputation in the Northeast region. His focus on growth and innovation will ensure that WTW remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering best-in-class solutions to meet client needs and stay ahead of evolving market trends.
