ARLINGTON, December 13, 2021 — Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Kim Cauthorn as head of its Intellectual Property (IP) practice within its Risk and Broking segment. In this role, Cauthorn will be responsible for overseeing IP’s consulting and brokerage capabilities, including the overall growth strategy for the practice.
Based in Austin, Texas, Cauthorn will report to Sara Benolken, global Tech Media and Telecom Industry leader, Willis Towers Watson. “Kim has in-depth knowledge of our business, resources and talent, and we’re pleased to welcome her back to our team,” said Benolken. “We’re confident that she will help us deliver best-in-class risk management and broking solutions to clients across our business.”
Cauthorn rejoins the company and team from PIUS Limited, where she served as chief operating officer. She is an attorney with over 20 years of IP risk management and insurance experience.
