NEW YORK, June 24, 2024 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Tia Wilson as Deputy Regional Leader and Global Client Advocate within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America (CRB NA).
As Deputy Regional Leader responsible for the Greater Philadelphia Area, Wilson’s main remit is accelerating profitable growth, working alongside our Industry Vertical Divisions (IVD). She will be involved with hiring, colleague and client retention, recruiting and talent development to maintain the development of best-in-class expertise and create new innovative solutions for our clients. In addition to her role as deputy leader in the Northeast, Tia will also serve as a Global Client Advocate, leading relationships for our F1000 clients. With a deep background in client advocacy, her understanding of the needs and priorities of clients makes her an outstanding fit for the position.
Prior to joining WTW, Wilson worked at Aon, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions Team with a focus on designing unique, streamlined program structures that deliver optimal results. Wilson joined Aon as a participant in their Early Career Rotational Development program in New York, and began her broking career in property insurance, focusing on large energy, real estate, and retail property placements. In 2015, she was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a 40 under 40 honoree for her professional success and commitment to the Philadelphia community, and is a graduate of Howard University.
