Based in Madrid and reporting to Andrew van den Born, managing director, financial solutions, Gonzalez will be responsible for delivering WTW’s ambitious growth strategy for financial institutions using credit & political risk insurance products in the region.

Gonzalez joins from Marsh where for the last 12 years she provided financial institutions with expertise in trade credit insurance, non-payment insurance, surety and unfunded risk participations. van den Born said: “Cruz’s appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment and investment in the region and to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
