本「クッキーに関する通知」（以下、「本通知」といいます）は、www.wtwco.comおよび本通知にリンクされるWTWのウェブサイト（以下、「当社サイト」といいます）に関連する場合に、当社サイトで使用されるクッキーおよび同様の技術について記載したものです。
1. クッキーとは
クッキーはウェブサイトからユーザーのハードディスクにダウンロードされる小さいテキストファイルであり、ユーザーによるウェブサイトの利用状況（当社サイトでの閲覧時間、閲覧したページ、選択した言語およびその他のトラフィックデータなど）を保存するほか、場合によりそれらの情報を収集します。当社はそれらの情報をセキュリティ上の目的、サイトの閲覧を容易にする目的、情報をより効果的に表示する目的、ユーザーが当社サイトを利用する際のエクスペリエンスをカスタマイズする目的、およびユーザーのコンピューターを識別してユーザーが当社サイトを利用しやすくする目的のために利用します。また、当社は、当社サイトのデザインおよび機能を改善する目的、当社サイトの利用状況を把握する目的、および当社サイトに関する問題を解決する目的で統計的情報を収集します。
クッキーには主に以下を含む複数の種類があります。
- WTWが直接発行するクッキー（以下、「ファーストパーティークッキー」といいます）ならびに広告会社およびデータ分析会社などが当社に代わって発行するクッキー（以下、「サードパーティークッキー」といいます）があります。
- クッキーは存続期間が異なるものがあります。ユーザーがブラウザを開いている間に限り存続し、ユーザーがブラウザを閉じると自動的に削除されるクッキー（以下、「セッションクッキー」といいます）があります。セッションクッキー以外のクッキーはユーザーがブラウザを閉じた後も存続する「永続クッキー」です。具体的には、永続クッキーはユーザーが再度ブラウザを立ち上げてインターネットを閲覧した際にユーザーの機器を識別します。
2. 当社が使用するクッキー
当社が当社サイトで使用するクッキーおよび同様の技術は以下の通りです。サードパーティークッキーを使用する場合、当該サードパーティーのクッキーポリシーへのリンクを提供します。
クッキーを使用して個人情報（ユーザーを個人として特定し得る情報または特定可能な個人に関係した情報）を収集する場合は、当社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。また、その場合は当該プライバシーポリシーが本通知の追補文書となります。当社は、当社の製品およびサービスに関連して収集した個人情報の収集、使用、開示、処理についてのプライバシーポリシーを確認することをお勧めします。
必要不可欠なクッキー：ユーザーによる当社サイトの閲覧ならびに当社サイトのサービスおよび機能を利用する上で必要不可欠であるクッキーです。必要不可欠なクッキーを無効にすることによって不可欠なクッキーおよび同様の技術を使用しない場合、当社サイトは、ユーザーのご期待通り機能せず、、当社は当社サイトまたは特定のサービスもしくは機能をユーザーに提供することができません。

機能性クッキー：機能性クッキーは、ユーザーによる当社サイトの利用に関する情報を収集し、当社が当社サイトの作動状況を改善するために不可欠な役割を果たします。たとえば、当社サイト内で最も閲覧数が多いページの判別、ユーザーが当社サイト上で遭遇した不具合の記録、当社の広告キャンペーンの効果の判定などが機能性クッキーにより可能になります。また、機能性クッキーにより当社サイトの全体的な利用パターンを知ることができます。当社はこれらの情報を利用して当社サイト上のトラフィックを分析しています。

3. ユーザーによるクッキーの管理
ユーザーにはクッキーを受け入れるかどうかを選択する権利があります。ブラウザの設定を変更することで、クッキーの動作を制御できます。ユーザーはブラウザの設定によりクッキーを拒否することができます。クッキーを有効化または無効化するための操作方法については、インターネットブラウザのプロバイダーのウェブサイトをご確認ください。ヘルプ画面からアクセスできます。ユーザーは当社サイト上のリンクからクッキー設定管理ツールを入手してクッキーを変更できます。
ただし、ユーザーがクッキーの拒否を選択した場合は当社サイトが正しく機能しないことがあります。
モバイルデバイスを使用しているユーザーは、デバイスの製造者が提供する設定（iOSの場合は「追跡型広告を制限」、Androidの場合は「インタレストベース広告をオプトアウト」など）を変更することによりインタレストベース広告を制限できます。

当社は本通知を随時変更する場合があります。本通知の最新の改訂日はこのページ上部に「最終改訂」として記載しています。当社が本通知の重要な変更を行った場合は、当該変更後にユーザーが初めて当社サイトを訪問した際にユーザーに変更を通知します。
