Services

Strategy Consultation

Exclusively for Tier 2 FINMAR insurers, we provide a platform for strategy meetings between senior leaders from WTW FINEX and the FINMAR insurer. These meetings focus on aligning business objectives, implementing growth initiatives, and addressing barriers to shared long-term success.

Pipeline Review

Tier 2 FINMAR insurers will receive an advanced list of WTW FINEX renewals, along with meetings to discuss upcoming accounts. This gives the insurer a chance to showcase their capabilities, explain any anticipated changes on client renewals, and discuss new business and insurer appetite updates. Tier 3 FINMAR insurers won’t receive the renewal list but can arrange meetings to discuss a targeted subset of the renewal list with their CRM.

Appetite Management

This service identifies the types of business preferred by each FINMAR insurer and shares this information with broking teams. This enhances efficiency, minimises unnecessary declinations, and contributes to analytics for service improvement and growth opportunities.

Bespoke Peer Analysis

Monthly or quarterly analytical reports provide insights into each insurer's share of the premium market and performance metrics benchmarked against their peers. These reports also include qualitative data for a deeper understanding and stimulate development and growth.

Insight & Knowledge Sharing

Tier 2 FINMAR Insurers gain access to over 50 annual claims insight reports tailored to various industries, helping insurers manage risk and understand sector-specific claims environments. They can also engage with FINEX leadership for market insights.

Additional Assistance

This includes drop-in sessions for underwriting (Tier 2 only), participation in surveys, product reviews and development with broking teams, and access to FINMAR CRM and capability champions.
