Vietnam’s employers goals are to differentiate themselves, personalise the employee experience and manage the costs of their benefit programmes according to Vietnam Benefit Trends Survey 2021 by Willis Towers Watson. The survey was conducted in May and June 2021 and 186 employers participated in the survey.
83% plan to differentiate and customise their benefit programmes over the next two years, a sharp increase from just 24% today.
68% concern about employees’ stress, burnout, and mental health issues
