  • Intimation for elective procedures, at least 48 hours prior to the admission.
  • Intimation for emergency treatment, within 48 hours of admission.
  • Reimbursement claim process for pre and post hospitalisation claim as per the standard process and timeline will continue.
  • Reimbursement claims will be honored as per the terms and conditions of the policy.
  • Limits, deductibles, terms and conditions as per the policy design and operating guidelines.
