Reward Leadership Training
The target audience for this training is HR, reward or compensation managers who already have some experience in executive/senior management remuneration, as well as heads of reward who would like to strengthen their executive compensation knowledge.
Reward Management Training
This training is designed for junior to mid-level compensation specialists/managers or HR generalists who would like to develop their reward knowledge and build an understanding of how they might apply this to their own organisation.
