The InHouse Plus member communications team of 50 communicators is made up of copywriters, graphic designers, subject-matter experts and print and production associates.

We help you deliver accurate and engaging core communications, using a wide range of tools and products (like website and email platforms) to support:

  • The everyday business-as-usual communications that build the foundation of your relationship with your members e.g. letters, quotes and guides (or call centre support)
  • An online resource page where members and IFAs can go to find Scheme information e.g. Trustee documents, guides, FAQs, and their online account access
  • The essential engagement communications needed to drive necessary actions, like providing up-to-date contact details and beneficiary information
  • Ready-to go-content on topics like GMP, retirement planning, topical pensions education (like market volatility and cost of living) and new joiner onboarding
