We attach our Terms of Business Agreement (February 2020) (“TOBA”) which sets out our professional relationship and the services we will provide to you.
The following are the main changes to our Terms of Business Agreement dated February 2020:
- To make it clear that WTW work product should not be used or referred to in any way in documentation relating to private or public securities offerings
- To remove wording relating to FATCA in the light of recent regulatory changes
- To give more detail on identity checking that WTW may undertake in order to comply with sanctions and anti money laundering/proceeds of crime legislation
- To enable the client to sue only Willis Limited (and not affiliated companies) in relation to breach of the TOBA
