General Terms of Business Agreement

We attach our Terms of Business Agreement (October 2025) (“TOBA”) which sets out our professional relationship and the services we will provide to you.

This updated version includes changes which:

• ensure that all forms of remuneration which the WTW group may earn for services provided to (re)insurers relating to your placement are disclosed to you, in line with regulation and with WTW’s operating standards;
• clarify our responsibilities in relation to administering premium-related taxes; and
• explain how we hold your money, where you use a payment intermediary.
