General Terms of Business Agreement – CRB clients (Willis Limited – DIFC Branch)

We attach our Terms of Business Agreement (January 2021) (“TOBA”) which sets out our professional relationship and the services we will provide to you.

This TOBA will apply immediately in respect of any new service provided by us on your behalf and in the case of existing business, will replace any previous TOBA issued. Please note that when you next instruct us in relation to the provision of our services in respect of your (re)insurance placement including, for example, an instruction to seek a quotation, bind coverage or pay premium, you will be deemed to have accepted this TOBA.

The following are the main changes to our Terms of Business Agreement dated January 2021:

• Claims;
• Remuneration and MDI (including the new addendum);
• FATCA removal;
• Intellectual Property Rights – additional restriction on use of material;
• Data Protection and Confidentiality;
• Limit of liability;
• Ethical Business Practice;
• Sanctions.
