Louis Elwood joins Willis as Head of Sports

LONDON, September 2, 2025 - Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ:WTW), has announced the appointment of Louis Elwood, as its new Head of Sports.

As part of the Willis Crisis Management Global Specialty, Elwood will oversee the strategic direction and growth of Willis’ sports and entertainment proposition, focusing on delivering innovative risk management and insurance solutions to clients across the sports industry globally.

Elwood joins with 18 years of insurance experience, having previously served as a Senior Broker at another London broker, where he was instrumental in developing comprehensive solutions for Professional Sports Individuals, Teams and Associations, which earned him a reputation as a leading trusted advisor across this niche speciality.
