Matthew Lawrence joins WTW’s Health & Benefits team as Head of Employee Benefits Broking for Europe and Asia Pacific

LONDON, January 4, 2024 – WTW, (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory and broking solutions company has announced the appointment of Matthew Lawrence to its Health & Benefits team, as the Head of Employee Benefits Broking for Europe and Asia Pacific.

Lawrence joins WTW from Aon. With over twenty years of industry experience, previous roles include Chief Broking Officer for Health Solutions in EMEA and most recently as the Global Head of Commercial Development for Health.

In his new role, Lawrence will be responsible for driving the overall broking and carrier management strategies across Europe, Asia Pacific and CEEMEA, working with local teams to deliver value propositions for carriers and leading efforts to modernise the placement and renewal processes across the regions.
