WTW’s Engage is designed to help organizations with employee listening. The tool helps employers capture and respond to employee needs and desires, understand variations among different workforce segments, make better people decisions, and build more effective HR programs and work experiences.
Engage’s newest feature, Text Analytics, uses Artificial Intelligence to help leaders identify more meaningful, accurate and actionable insights from write-in survey comments. With Engage Text Analytics, discrete parts of each comment are analyzed separately - in over 80 languages – to reveal precise insights into how to improve engagement and performance.
The new Engage Coach feature guides managers and leaders to improve their employees’ experience, engagement and performance by offering bite-sized advice and insights related directly to each manager’s unique employee survey findings. The content is delivered on their dashboard, in their flow of work, and includes a searchable library of thousands of suggestions written by WTW experts and curated from hundreds of external sources.
