ARLINGTON, VA, June 13, 2023 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Diya Luke as global head of Investments, effective July 1. In this role, Luke will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of the company’s Investments business globally. She will report to Julie Gebauer, head of Health, Wealth & Career and succeeds Chris Ford, who will retire at the end of June.

Luke joined WTW in 2004 as an Investments consultant. Since then, she’s held several leadership positions including New York Investments Leader, Southeast Investments Leader, Northeast Region Leader and most recently Growth Acceleration Leader for the company’s Health, Wealth & Career business. Luke has a B.A. in economics and political science from Macalester College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
