The Work Revolution Virtual Conference 2020

2020: Redefining our experience of work

We were delighted to be joined by Danone to hear their story on how they have journeyed to a high-performing employee experience through a renewed focus on trust, purpose, ownership, empowerment and drive, to become a truly sustainable organisation.

Supporting employee wellbeing in turbulent times

Wellbeing has been a top focus in 2020 and in this session our panel explored physical, financial, emotional and social wellbeing. We discussed what current challenges organisations are facing and how some of our clients have responded since the pandemic. Looking ahead we also talked through how restoring stability can help keep wellbeing at the forefront and benefit everyone.

Executive pay in a pandemic – now and in the future

In this joint session featuring Linklaters and The Investment Association, we looked back at the impact of COVID-19 on executive compensation over the last six months and future gazed at the possible impact the pandemic will have on salary increases, target setting, LTI targets and approaches to policy.

Will work ever be the same again?

Organisations were already on a digital transformation journey even before COVID-19. The speed at which changes have been made due to the crisis has opened our eyes to what is really possible, with an even greater acceleration in that transformation now. This thought-provoking session featured polls and a live discussion with Bayer and Unilever looking at how work is reimagined.

Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) – what you need to know

Susan Hooper from Chapter Zero joined our team of specialists as they focused on how ESG has risen to the board agenda. The session explored key factors organisations should be considering today and welcomed Susan’s expertise as she talked through her experience and how to approach discussions in a meaningful and measurable way.
