As part of the Department for Education's Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA), WTW provides risk management services to all RPA members. This includes delivering workshops in areas where we feel additional support and guidance are most needed. RPA members are free to attend these workshops, which are interactive and led by specialists in the covered subject matter. These workshops also provide an opportunity for members to share best practices and raise any issues they may have.
All workshops are delivered through MS Webinar sessions.
Other services offered to RPA members include:
- On-site or virtual audits covering a range of risk management issues
- Risk management portal, including guidance, support and best practice examples
- Quarterly risk management survey, including an opportunity for RPA members to express preferences for future workshops and support

In-depth risk management audits are not a requirement of membership and are free. They’re designed to be supportive and aim to reduce civil claims and the risk of criminal prosecution.
