Dana LaBarge: Everybody's looking for transparency these days, and just one spot where our employees could go have access to all their relevant information and very updated information. We do include like that QR code to that site on everything we send out to employees, whether it's a postcard to the home, emails that we send every month. So we're really trying to get the message out there to employees on a very regular basis. And we have just gotten overwhelmingly positive results from the site.

Kristen Brown: At JetBlue, our culture was driven by 5 values, which those values are passion and fun. So we looked for the playfulness here of how we could have a true behavioral change. Moving away from a traditional static piece of paper, one and done. We saw how we could move it to a digital real time experience and the opportunity to optimize, and still be aligned with our values. We created a mascot and we used gamification. We created Opti the Optimizer. and Opti, through a series of contests online, would nudge that crew member into what the they were missing out on.

Kate Fisher: Well, we think about total rewards every day. An employee's not thinking about it until they need it. So our goal is to really educate and teach our employees that when they need it, they know where to go and can find the relevant pieces. Have gone are the days of having benefits brochures. We're spending a lot of time talking about virtual agents and web crawlers and how can an employee ask questions and do we have the right AI tools to bring them comprehensive answers?

Dana LaBarge: I just think there's still so many opportunities out there to target certain segments. People who aren't saving enough or people who may not be on your benefits, but they're turning 26 and maybe they're coming off their parents plan, send them some messages. I do think we have to continue to take those opportunities and run with them in order to help our employees, you know, at the time where they need that education. And I feel like This site is doing that for us, and we can measure our success by fewer appeals and better engagement during annual enrollment.

Employees don't need more benefits information. They need help deciding. Let's talk.
