Various changes to the law came into force on 1 January 2022. At the same time, further revisions will come into force in the next few years, which will also have an impact on the 2nd pillar.

In addition, the three major law reforms in social insurance law (AHV, IV, BVG) have been discussed in parliament and partly passed. There is currently a need for action, particularly with regard to the implementation of the revision of the Data Protection Act (DPA).
