In this role, Rodriguez, a seasoned insurance and risk management professional with over a decade of experience, will lead the strategic growth of the residential industry segment across NA, focusing on innovative products and exceptional client service.

With a proven track record, Rodriguez is renowned for her expertise in risk identification, analysis, and leadership in M&A due diligence projects. Her achievements include developing best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions for companies across industries, earning her the Business Insurance Break Out Award in 2021. Rodriguez returns to WTW from Brookfield Asset Management, where she served as Vice President of Risk and Insurance, where she expanded global risk management for all investment sectors, including core investments and private funds. With additional previous experience as a broker, Rodriguez brings a depth of understanding and expertise to help industry-specific clients navigate innovative ideas and solutions.
Based in South Carolina, Rodriguez will report directly to Jim Martuscelli, Head of Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure division, CRB North America, WTW.
