Is your organisation compliant?

As a result of changes to Australia’s model work health and safety (WHS) laws in June 2022, a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) is now required to ensure workers and other people in the workplace are not exposed to risks to their psychological health and safety. They must also eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks in the workplace so far as is reasonably practicable.

These changes are now being implemented across the states and territories, including in NSW where changes were formally implemented from 1 October 2022.

Featuring guest speaker Ian Firth from SafeWork NSW, this webinar explored what organisations with employees in NSW must do to ensure they are compliant with the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017 (NSW).
