The 2022 Global Benefits Attitudes Survey is the latest in a series of comprehensive global surveys designed to assess employee attitudes towards their employer and benefits package and how these ties into productivity.
The survey was fielded between December 2021 and January 2022 and analyses more than 35,000 employee responses from 23 markets across the globe.
The results shown on this webpage represent more than 750 responses from employees working for medium or large private sector employers in Switzerland, randomly chosen and weighted to be nationally representative.
