SINGAPORE, November 11, 2025 – Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointments of Conor Keating as Head of Cyber, Asia, and Carlos Grijalva as Head of Cyber Sales, in Asia, effective immediately.
Based in Singapore, Conor Keating transitions into the role of Head of Cyber, Asia, from his previous position as Cyber Growth Leader at Willis. With over nine years of experience advising clients on tailored cyber risk strategies and insurance solutions, Conor brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He will drive Willis’ cyber growth strategy across Asia, with a strong focus on strategic broking, market engagement, and elevating client partnerships through the delivery of differentiated value.
Since joining Willis in 2024, Conor has played a pivotal role in expanding Willis’ cyber capabilities across Asia. Conor began his career in London with a leading multinational broker, where he spent four years working as a North America and International wholesale specialist, before focusing on UK retail cyber opportunities, supporting many of the FTSE100 companies.
Carlos Grijalva, previously Cyber Leader for Hong Kong and Greater China, will now lead Cyber Sales across Asia, reporting into Conor. Based in Hong Kong, Carlos has been instrumental in driving Willis’ cyber business strategy across North Asian markets. In his new role as Head of Cyber Sales in Asia, Carlos will focus on driving new business strategy, strengthening country-level engagement, and expanding key distribution channels to accelerate growth for Willis’ Cyber business across the region.
With a proven track record of product development and underwriting risks, together with achieving consistent sales growth, Carlos has held leadership roles that combined technical expertise with leading insurers prior to joining Willis.
