SINGAPORE, September 2, 2025 – WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced three leadership appointments within its Health & Benefits (H&B) business in Southeast Asia. These appointments reflect WTW’s ongoing investment in talent and leadership to support its growth, as well as reinforcing its position as a trusted employee benefits broker and health and wellbeing advisor in the region.

Effective today, Fong Han Wei joins WTW as Head of Health & Benefits, Singapore. Han Wei will lead the Singapore H&B business to deliver innovative and client-centric employee health and benefits solutions to organisations in the market.

Han Wei brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at a leading international broker, where he led the Global Benefits Singapore team and served as Practice Leader for the Technology Industry across Asia Pacific. His expertise spans strategic consulting, governance frameworks, data analytics and benefits advisory. Han Wei has successfully managed top-tier accounts, led complex benefit projects, and supported companies through M&A transitions and global programme implementations. He was also a commercial underwriter, having worked in a global health insurance company.

Eva Liu, currently Head of Strategic Development, Health & Benefits, Asia Pacific, has expanded her responsibilities to also head WTW’s H&B business in Southeast Asia (excluding Singapore). In her new role, Eva works closely with H&B country leaders in Southeast Asia to accelerate growth and enhance WTW’s differentiated value proposition across diverse client segments in this region.

Eva brings over two decades of experience in client management and consultancy. Since joining WTW in 2018, she has demonstrated a strong growth mindset and has been instrumental in developing and delivering WTW’s Health & Benefits strategic and commercialisation priorities. Before joining WTW, Eva has held business development, account management and consulting positions in Hong Kong and Asia.

Lim Choo Ho is appointed as Head of Health & Benefits, Malaysia. He oversees the overall planning and business development of the H&B business in Malaysia. He is responsible for driving business growth in insurance broking risks placement, benefits advisory and the flexible benefits segment together with his team.

Prior to his current role, Choo Ho led business development for eight years and focused on the benefits broking renewal business at WTW in Malaysia. He has 25 years of experience in the H&B industry, including in claims and operations management. He brings deep knowledge on market data benchmarking, benefits harmonisation and risk management for private companies and large-scale corporate clients across the region.

Commenting on the appointments, Royston Tan, Head of Health & Benefits, Asia Pacific at WTW, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Han Wei to WTW and to see both Eva and Choo Ho take on expanded leadership roles. From using analytics and insights to optimise benefits design and cost, to identifying the right vendors and insurers for implementation and management, our H&B leaders are passionate about working closely with their clients and teams to create meaningful impact to companies.

Their combined expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving our Health & Benefits business forward in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, ensuring we continue to deliver benefits programmes that truly matters to employers and their employees.”
