SINGAPORE, November 20, 2025 — WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of DN Prasad as Head of Work & Rewards (W&R) for Singapore, effective immediately. Prasad succeeds Yong Fei Tan who has taken a new role to lead WTW’s Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice in Asia Pacific (APAC).
Prasad joins WTW to lead its W&R business in Singapore, bringing over 27 years of experience in human capital strategy, organisational transformation and executive coaching. In his new role, Prasad works with WTW’s local teams to partner with its clients across multiple industries, including Boards and CHROs, navigate the changing world of work through a combination of advisory services, proprietary data and technology by WTW to support the needs of their businesses and workforce.
Prasad has held senior leadership roles at global organisations including Infosys, Google and GovTech Singapore, and is recognised for architecting strategies that drive business growth and high-performance cultures. He successfully designed and executed several large complex leadership and culture transformations, M&A integrations and also leveraged data, insights and technology to optimise people and business operations. Together with his own entrepreneurial venture, he had gained insightful experience and global perspective from leadership roles, working across APAC and the US.
Yong Fei now leads WTW’s ECBA practice for APAC. In his new role, Yong Fei partners closely with Boards of Directors, Remuneration Committee and C-suite leaders to shape robust pay governance, as well as design high-impact executive reward programmes that align leadership performance with long-term enterprise value.
Yong Fei brings more than 20 years of experience advising listed companies, government-linked enterprises and family-owned conglomerates across South and Southeast Asia. He has worked extensively with remuneration committees and senior executives of major organisations in Singapore, and continues to support several large Southeast Asia groups of companies on enterprise-wide and long-term incentive deployment across the region.
