TOKYO, February 12, 2025 — Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointment of Kohsuke Komorizono as Head of Risk & Analytics for Corporate Risk & Broking Japan.
In this new role, Kohsuke will drive the delivery of Willis’ integrated risk and insurance analytics solutions and services to Japanese clients across industries to meet their specific needs. Based in Tokyo, Kohsuke reports to Roy Nakazawa, Head of Japan and Head of Corporate Risk & Broking Japan, and is also part of the regional Risk & Analytics team in Asia headed by Kevin Snowdon.

Kohsuke joins Willis from Marsh where he was the Consulting Solutions Leader of Marsh Advisory in Japan, and brings extensive experience of managing risk consulting projects, and advising companies on risk management strategies. He led a team, which focused on property, strategic, cyber and climate risks, and worked closely with broking teams to recommend plans that helped companies mitigate their risk exposure.
