Australia and New Zealand Privacy Policy for clients, insureds and claimants

This Privacy Policy describes how WTW handles personal information about You which WTW collects in connection with the services WTW provides. It also explains certain legal rights You have in connection with Your personal information which is handled by WTW. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in law or changes in WTW’s business operation.

This Privacy Policy states that WTW may share personal information about You with third parties including insurers.

Where personal information is collected or shared with insurers, the insurers will receive and hold this information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

• Fire and General insurance: A dedicated webpage of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand Inc (IBANZ) contains links to the privacy policy statements of fire and general insurance providers in New Zealand which may be recipients of personal information. WTW does not maintain this IBANZ webpage and therefore does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of its links.
