SYDNEY, February 16, 2026 — Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointment of Michelle Ng as Head of Risk & Analytics, Pacific.
Michelle will lead the Pacific Risk & Analytics (R&A) team to deliver data-driven insights, actuarial expertise and advanced risk modelling capabilities to Willis’ clients across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Pacific region. She takes over from Matt Frost who has retired from the company.
Michelle brings to Willis a deep technical background in risk analytics and actuarial consulting, as well as a proven track record of working closely with C suites, Boards and senior management. She joins from a leading international broker where she was Head of Analytics, Pacific, having led highly successful actuarial and analytical teams. She had also been instrumental in driving innovation to enhance client outcomes.
Michelle had also held key analytics and actuarial positions at one of Australia’s largest financial services companies offering a range of insurance and banking solutions across Australia and New Zealand, where she specialised in commercial portfolio data analytics, and commercial and personal lines pricing.
