SYDNEY, 1 October 2025 — Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), today announced the appointment of Ollie Moore as Head of Broking, Pacific, effective immediately. In his new role, Ollie will focus on enhancing Willis’ broking strategy, driving innovation and strengthening partnerships with its insurer network.
Prior to this, Ollie was a Strategic Director at Willis’ FINEX (Financial, Professional and Executive Risks) business in Australia. Since joining Willis in 2023, he has played a key role in the FINEX team, demonstrating his expertise in both client servicing and market management.

Ollie brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to this role, spanning both the UK and Australian markets. His career began at Lloyd’s of London, where he developed a strong foundation in insurance broking. Ollie later transitioned to the Australian market, where he held several senior leadership roles in one of the international brokers, contributing significantly to the success of its placement and broking teams across the specialty business.
With this appointment, Ollie will also become a member of the Pacific regional Leadership Team at Willis.
