Pension plan
We will provide you with more background information about the legislation and assess which elements of your pension plan need to be adjusted to be in line with the mandatory changes. We will deliver input regarding market practice and trends in the Netherlands.
Scenario analysis and simulations
We will calculate the cost impact of different scenario’s. Key scenario’s are:
- grandfathering an existing climbing contribution ladder
- a flat rate contribution for all employees. We provide financial insights from the companies perspective as well as insights on the impact for the employees. Per employee we determine the expected impact on their old age pension and dependents pension.
Compensation
To reach consent you need to think about the compensation strategy that suits your employees. Various alternatives for compensation are allowed. You will receive the estimated cash impact per employee of both direct and deferred compensation.
Broader Rewards Workshop
Now is the time to discuss the financial findings in a workshop with multiple stakeholders. With our broader rewards view we put the financial findings in perspective of key HR elements as employee mobility, workforce planning and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
