In post-pandemic, employers now have a renewed focus on the health and wellbeing of employees, both in and outside the workplace. Employees are anxious, not only in terms of their physical health but also their social connections, mental wellbeing and their financial security.

We are pleased to share with you the highlights of the Employer Wellbeing Diagnostic Survey we conducted recently. The survey aims to: -

  • Identify any specific gaps in employers’ health and wellbeing programmes to better align with your workforce needs
  • Discover what roadblocks lie in the way of an effective and engaging wellbeing strategy for your organization, and
  • Benchmark employer wellbeing programmes and priorities against your peers

97% of employers say employees' physical wellbeing is an important priority over the next three years.

95% of employers say employees' emotional wellbeing is an important priority over the next three years.

70% of employers say employees' social wellbeing is an important priority over the next three years.

59% of employers say employees' financial wellbeing is an important priority over the next three years.
