SINGAPORE, September 30, 2025 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced that it won the Readers’ Choice Awards in Asia for being a top Benefits and Pensions Consultant and top Salary & Benchmarking Consultant by the Human Resources Director (HRD) magazine.

The awards recognised the business that played a vital role in supporting HR professionals to meet critical workplace challenges. Readers of HRD in Asia voted for the best providers serving Asia’s HR community through a survey that took place between May and June in 2025.

Royston Tan, Head of Health & Benefits, Asia Pacific at WTW, said: “We are honoured to be recognised by HR professionals across Asia for the work we do in helping organisations design and deliver benefits solutions that meet the evolving needs of their employees. As employers continue to navigate workforce challenges such as rising healthcare costs, diverse employee needs and the demand for greater flexibility, our role is to provide data-driven and employee-centric solutions that enable them to support employee wellbeing, enhance engagement and build resilient organisations. This award is a testament to the dedication of our teams across the region in supporting organisations to create healthier, as well as more engaged and resilient workforces.”

Jeff Howatt, Head of Retirement, Asia Pacific at WTW, added “We are proud and grateful that HR professionals welcome our partnership to help design, fund, govern, administer and communicate their retirement programmes to meet both their workforce and financial needs. Companies strive for right benefit mix to give them the edge needed to recruit and retain the best talent, while helping their employees build the savings they need to retire.”

Edward Hsu, Rewards Data Intelligence Leader, International, at WTW added: “Being voted as one of top Salary & Benchmarking Consultants in Asia reflects the strength of our data, analytics and advisory expertise. In today’s dynamic talent landscape, our salary benchmarking and compensation consultancy services are designed to support organisations in developing effective compensation strategies. Our approach integrates validated data, job levelling frameworks and technology platforms to provide organisations with competitive insights and actionable recommendations that enable them to attract and retain top talent while staying competitive in the market.”

The Readers’ Choice 2025 honourees were identified after HRD readers nominated leading HR vendors and suppliers from Asia in different fields based on category lists using different industry expertise. HRD‘s Intelligence Unit compiled the final winners list after the completion of a rigorous four-months process, canvassing the opinions of objective industry experts and collating leading-edge research. Three nominees who received the highest number of overall votes in each category were awarded the Readers’ Choice designation.
