Willis Towers Watson Life and Pensions Limited is a sister company of Willis Towers Watson Insurances (Ireland) Limited (formally known as Willis Risk Services (Ireland) Limited).

We will transfer all policies to Willis Towers Watson Life and Pensions Limited with effect from 14th October 2019.

Following the global merger of Willis and Towers Watson, we are changing our name from Willis Risk Services (Ireland) Limited trading as Willis to Willis Towers Watson Insurances (Ireland) Limited trading as Willis Towers Watson.

We confirm that this rebranding will have no effect on your existing policy(s) or on the service levels we provide to you.

11th February 2019
Following the merger of Willis and Towers Watson we have changed the name of our company from Willis Private Clients Limited t/a Willis Private Clients to Willis Towers Watson Life and Pensions Limited t/a Willis Towers Watson.

We confirm that this change in name will have no impact on the existing policies that you hold and that these will remain directly held by the providers, with Willis Towers Watson Life and Pensions Limited continuing to act as your intermediary/broker. We also wish to confirm that the change in name will have no impact on the service levels that you will experience.
