In this breakout session, we heard from SkillsFuture Singapore on how they are prioritising skills to ensure no Singaporean gets left behind, and the key actions for building a skills-based ecosystem.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia walked us through a case study on how they are redesigning work and reinventing jobs to support digital transformation and improve their consumer experience.

And to wrap up, the former chief strategist, now head of HR at CIMB shared his vision for aligning business values with the people agenda, including some specific actions this regional bank is taking to make it happen.
