Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2004/915/EC)

We attach the controller to controller Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) governing transfers of personal data from you to us when we provide services to you in accordance with our most recent Terms of Business Agreement or Service Level Agreement.

For your information:

• Willis Towers Watson SA/NV has signed the SCCs for and on behalf of its UK branch, the data importer
• Annex A and B are complete
• For good order, Willis Towers Watson SA/NV invites you to complete, counter-sign and return the counterpart of the SCCs to your normal point of contact. However, your direction to seek a quotation, bind coverage and/or your payment related to your insurance or reinsurance placement will be deemed your signed, written agreement to be bound by the provisions of these SCCs
