Our Competency Atlas® is a comprehensive reference of traits and technical skills covering the full spectrum of employee, manager and leader behaviors within an organization. The Competency Atlas, aligned with our talent assessment capabilities, addresses our clients' changing business environments and needs. It incorporates the latest trends and thinking in competency management.

Organizations can use our Competency Atlas as a resource for building organization-wide leadership and functional competency models tied to business strategy and results, or for refreshing existing models to reflect the changing work environment. The employee competencies and technical skills within Competency Atlas are scaled to support and define career progression at various levels such as entry level, mid-manager and senior leadership.

  • Core module — Definitions of 28 organizational and leadership competencies with observable, measurable behaviors outlined for each

  • Wave Assessment — A psychometric assessment that measures an individual's motives, preferences, needs and potential, available for a subset of the core competencies
