Your health and benefits strategy can encompass all aspects of wellbeing while adapting to today’s complex economic landscape.
Our 2025 Benefits Trends Survey reveals that rising employee benefit costs have become a top concern for leaders, with more than two-thirds of employers identifying it as a key factor shaping their benefits. Additionally, medical costs are projected to remain high, with a global average increase of 10.3%, according to our 2026 Global Medical Trends Survey. Many employers are finding healthcare costs increasingly unsustainable levels. Preventative care is one of the best ways to solve this challenge.
Building a culture of wellbeing doesn't need to be complicated. According to our 2026 Asia Pacific Employer Wellbeing Diagnostic Survey findings, employers across Asia Pacific are looking to address three key workforce challenges: 1) stress, burnout and mental health, 2) rising healthcare costs, and 3) work disengagement. As a result, many are investing in practical prevention and early-intervention strategies that can drive meaningful impact. More than half of Asia Pacific employers are increasing investment in these areas to improve long-term health outcomes, build workforce resilience and create a healthier, more engaged workforce.
This wellbeing calendar is designed to help employers take consistent, achievable actions throughout the year to support these goals.
