If you're worried about not being able to meet your employees expectations, it's certainly not going to help by further solidifying this, by not being willing to listen to them on the topic. Or quite frankly, have real data to help validate whether or not that's even true or not.

Our leaders had to understand the depth and breadth of what we were trying to accomplish, in a financially prudent way to offer a suite of benefits to all of our employees so that we meet them where they're at. At their age and at their career and time of their life.

We have a lot of mechanisms for listening beyond just a kind of a formal total reward survey. We have an engagement survey. We've got pulse surveys. So I think first and foremost trying to alleviate any fears that this was a big formal study and saying, look, this is part of an ongoing way that we like to listen to our associates.
