LONDON, October 15, 2025 – Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ:WTW) has globally expanded its valuation capabilities through a newly created Forensic Accounting & Valuation services team with key senior hires and global rebranding of its Forensic Accounting team, representing a key expansion of its Global Risk & Analytics (R&A) business.
As part of the expansion, James Adams joins Risk and Analytics at Willis from Marsh, as a senior valuation expert in Great Britain. Additionally, Ken Giambagno will take on the role of Senior Advisor, as Jason Lelio moves into the role of Head of Global Forensic Accounting and Valuations Services.
Previously known as Forensic Accounting and Complex Claims, the team has rebranded as Forensic Accounting & Valuation Services (FAVS), which will be part of Willis’ Risk & Analytics business. By elevating the valuations capabilities, Willis enhances global property brokerage capabilities delivering on its promise in industry-leading specialization.

The restructure reflects the expansion of cross-border and collaborative services provided by the team across the Risk and Analytics business. Combining data, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled consulting solutions, clients can achieve more comprehensive and accurate valuations, moving the proposition beyond its claims capabilities.
The team also continues to focus on providing insurance claim quantification and preparation services, as carriers and underwriters are increasingly focusing on the accurate submission of total insured values, tying post-loss recovery to the values reported.
