Royston Tan appointed as WTW’s Head of Health & Benefits Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE, February 7, 2024 — WTW, (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory and broking solutions company today announced the appointment of Royston Tan as its new Head of the Health & Benefits (H&B) business in Asia Pacific (APAC).

In his new role, Royston will lead the APAC region to create exceptional value to organisations focusing on corporate healthcare, employee wellbeing, benefit programme advisory, including the development, implementation and management of these programmes.

Prior to this appointment, Royston was responsible for WTW’s Southeast Asia and India H&B businesses. He was also leading and driving the sales and commercialisation strategies across WTW’s H&B international business, covering Asia Pacific, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America markets.

Royston has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and life insurance – in particular, advising multinational clients in the design, delivery and risk management of their benefits programmes in the APAC region. He joined WTW over six years ago and has held various leadership positions with international firms before that.
