上海，2021年8月16日—全球领先的咨询、保险经纪和解决方案公司韦莱韬悦（NASDAQ:WLTW）近日宣布，董事会一致选举Carl Hess先生为公司新任总裁和未来的首席执行官。Carl Hess先生目前担任韦莱韬悦的投资、风险和再保险业务部门负责人，他将立即担任总裁，并于2022年1月1日John Haley先生退休后接任其首席执行官职务。

Carl Hess先生于1989年开始了他在韦莱韬悦的职业生涯，并在公司多个业务部门和地区担任过多种领导职务。在担任现职务之前，他曾任韦莱韬悦北美业务的联合负责人。在此之前，Carl Hess先生曾任韦莱韬悦美洲业务的董事总经理。他从2010年1月起担任韬睿惠悦投资业务总经理，之前曾在华信惠悦从事各种职务超过20年，并担任华信惠悦投资业务的全球业务总监。Carl Hess先生是北美精算师协会和美国咨询精算师协会的会员，特许企业风险分析师。他以优等成绩获得耶鲁大学逻辑学和语言学士学位。
