Richards is a senior member of the company's Retirement Risk Management Group. Since joining Willis Towers Watson in 2002, Richards has been helping large-scale pension plan sponsors identify, assess, manage and monitor the impact of pension financial risk on their organizations. His experience includes the full range of management levers from complex funding, and investment strategy and glide path development to full or partial liability settlement strategies.
