Since 2022 more than 20 separate pieces of legislation focused on pay transparency have either been proposed or enacted. Organizations continue to need to respond to the increased regulatory requirements that are accelerating change for transparency, accountability, and clarity when it comes to pay.

Our 2022 Pay clarity survey, which fielded in Europe and North America, revealed a desire to provide internal and external stakeholders with more visibility and clarity about pay, but what about the last 12 months, how have organizations responded, and what actions or intended actions have they taken in response?
